For a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, AXIS PERCUSSION guarantees to the original owner, when presented with proof of purchase, that all AXIS parts manufactured by AXIS PERCUSSION are free of material and manufacturing defects under normal playing conditions. This warranty includes all parts except bearings, springs, and screws. If under normal playing conditions parts covered in this limited warranty fail, they will be replaced at no charge. Parts not covered in this limited warranty will be replaced at minimal service charge. Contact AXIS PERCUSSION direct for repair information.

Unauthorized modifications to the design or construction of AXIS PERCUSSION products done without the express permission of AXIS PERCUSSION technicians will void the limited warranty. Any warranty claims must include the return of defective parts.


To the extent that you purchase any goods directly from us, all sales are considered final. In the event that a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a restocking fee based on the condition of the returned product.   We reserve the right to deny the return if the product shows excessive use which includes, but is not limited to, missing parts, dents or scratches, and any damage to the appearance or performance of the product.  If the package is damaged in transit by mishandling during the shipping process, the customer should contact Axis Percussion immediately so a claim may be filed with the shipping company and corrective measures can be taken.
