This new tensioning mechanism allows ease of adjustment, as well as a much greater degree of precision and accuracy in fine scale tuning. The “slide tensioner” delivers resolution over 2 1/2 more precisely than before, and provides a greater tension range from Axis Percussion’s extension springs. Now, spring adjustments are easy and fast.
